This means students will have had 3 weeks to prepare for these words EVERONE should make an A........Please be mindful that we are ready to start counting money. In the past this has been a very difficult skill for the children to grasp. I'm asking that you start to let your child start to handle money (pay for his/her items in the stores, recognize coins and their value.)
This weeks skills will include:
synonyms/antonyms
punctuation (periods in abbreviations, commas in dates, colons in time)
MONEY and graphs
Parents its about that time to really be putting your thoughts and creativity to work. The Reading Fair boards are due into the classroom on DECEMBER 09, 2010!!! Here are a few pictures of past reading fair boards to give you an idea of what I will be looking for in the classroom.
